PLACING AN ORDER

The orders can be placed on the website, you can either register an account or proceed as a guest.

The only mode of payment we accept is card payment, we accept VISA and MASTERCARD of all the banks in UAE.

Once the order is placed, we will not be cancelling any orders. If there is any special condition, you can write an email on info@museuae.com or contact us via WhatsApp +971 50 1614857.

Order once placed on the website cannot be edited, however you can send an email on info@museuae.com or contact us via WhatsApp +971 50 1614857 to make changes to your order.

SHIPPING

We are partnered with Continental Shipping Couriers to deliver your packages safely and secure.

The package takes 2-3 working days to be delivered. In case of public Holidays, it will be delivered on the first working day after the public holidays.

Orders above AED 150 will be free of charge, other order there is a charge of AED 10 Per delivery

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please send an email to return your order with the reason for returns. Email to be sent to info@museuae.com

The returns are processed in 2-3 working days.

Any order that needs to be returned should be requested within the first 24 hours of receiving incase of any damage or order not being satisfactory.

Return request received after 24hours will be reviewed upon discretion. It would be upon the team to review the request and advise further.

The refund can take 7- 14 working days depending on the bank card used. The money would be returned in the same card used to make the payment
